By purchasing a firearm from Grampians Outdoors, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid firearms licence

• You will obtain an approved Permit to Acquire (PTA)

• You comply with all applicable firearms legislation

Orders may be cancelled if legislative requirements are not met.

All firearm sales are conducted strictly in compliance with Victorian and Commonwealth legislation.

Grampians Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet legal compliance standards.
